From finding a distinct like in the heavier side of rock Evenblue was formed in 1998 by brothers Scott & Tim.
The Band started out
playing around Tamworth
and Nuneaton, doing the rounds, then stretching out further a field
playing larger more prestigious venues, but still staying pretty much based in
the midlands. Changing drummers only once, as Paz (Matt Parish)was the 3rd member
of the Blue for the majority of this time. Over the years
we have continued to write and have always been drawn to the allure of the big
riffs. What gives Even Blue some diversity is the different writing
styles, one very much quirky disjointed, contradictory against a intricate
precise big song style, this always keeps things fresh. Over the last three years we
have been away from the scraping unsigned meat market and have been
concentrating on recording and producing our own stuff. We finally
hope to hear our songs like they have always sounded in our heads. So
far its looking good.

Defector Album is finished, The Album was recorded and produced by Evenblue, and Enginered by Carl at the ZOO.
Album is available at indiestore. We will be gettin a batch of cds pressed and will be available soon.
Drummer Needed
We are on the look out for a talented hard hitting basher to make the band complete. Once we have some new tracks out we will be looking to audition. If you fill this criteria and your influences are along the lines of, Dave Grohl (Nirvana, Foo Fighters, etc ), Sean Kinney (Alice in Chains), Eric Kretz (Stone Temple Pilots), Danny Carey (Tool), Igor Cavalera (Sepultura), Bill Ward (Black Sabbath), John Bonham (Led Zeppelin), Ray Luzier (Dave Lee Roth, Army of Anyone, etc) and you can drive and havn't got an ego bigger than your kick drum then maybe we could get it on. email band@evenblue.com for info
